Yaluwo prohibits content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, sextorts, traffics, or otherwise endangers children. Suspected CSAM is prohibited and will be acted upon in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
1. Our CSAE Standards
Yaluwo does not permit the use of the service to create, upload, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexualization or sexual exploitation of children.
- Grooming or attempts to groom a child for sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion, coercion, trafficking, or solicitation involving children.
- Attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child.
- Any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report safety concerns through the reporting and feedback mechanisms available within the Yaluwo app. Reports involving suspected child sexual exploitation or CSAM are treated as high priority.

3. Action on Violations
When Yaluwo obtains actual knowledge of prohibited child sexual abuse material or related exploitative behavior, we take appropriate action consistent with our policies and applicable laws.
- Review and investigate reports and relevant information.
- Remove prohibited content when appropriate.
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in violations.
- Preserve or disclose information where legally required or permitted.
- Cooperate with appropriate authorities and relevant reporting processes.
4. User Safety & Feedback
Yaluwo provides mechanisms for users to communicate concerns and report content or behavior that violates our rules. Users are encouraged to report suspected exploitation, inappropriate contact with minors, or other child-safety concerns promptly.

Our designated child-safety contact is responsible for responding to inquiries concerning CSAE prevention, CSAM handling, and compliance with these standards.
